No, I do not take insurance. However, sometimes your insurance company will reimburse you for wellness services. You must contact your insurance provider first to see if reimbursement is an option for out-of-network coaching. I can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance. 

Another option is to inquire with your employer to see if they offer reimbursement for wellness visits. Many companies provide this as a perk, so it's worth checking. I've had clients who were pleasantly surprised to find out that their company offers such benefits.

My approach is grounded in compassionate coaching and evidence-based strategies. My commitment is to create a safe space where you can embrace your true self while becoming the best version of yourself. We use my Clarify & Nourish method to understand the basics, and my goal is to teach you knowledge and tools to use in your everyday life to reach your goals.


Yes, I do offer payment plans which we can discuss during our consultation. 


A) You have an active eating disorder such as bulimia nervosa or anorexia nervosa.
B)You're seeking a "quick" fix.
C) You don’t feel ready to make changes in your life and work towards your goals.

All sessions are virtual, but if we're located in the same area, I am willing to meet in person for a few sessions! Virtual sessions allow you to access our sessions from anywhere, making it easier to fit health coaching into your busy schedule
