3 Ingredient Stuffed Bagels

Who doesn’t love bagels and bagel bites? When you combine the love for both with the ease of preparation and the added bonus of high protein, it’s a win-win! For a lot of people, bagels are a “cheat” or “guilt” food but we don’t let that happen here. This is a way to make your bagels with whole ingredients that will keep you full way longer than a regular bagel! They’re perfect for satisfying those bagel cravings without the hassle.

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  2. Roll the dough into approximately 1 tablespoon-sized balls.
  3. Flatten each ball and add a dollop of cream cheese in the center, if desired.
  4. Enclose the edges to form bagel bite shapes and roll them in everything but the bagel seasoning.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F
  6. Place the bagel bites in the air fryer (make sure they are not overcrowded)
  7. Air fry for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
