No Bake Peanut Butter Cookie Balls

Yields: 12 Cookie Balls 

Serving Size: 1-2 

With just a handful of ingredients and no more than 10 minutes of your time, you can whip up these delectable treats! They’re perfect as a snack, a topping for yogurt, a dessert, or a pre-workout energy boost!


  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (I use Teddies All Natural Smooth)
  • 1/3 cup milk (I use Malk Almond Milk)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Approximately 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use Lilys white chocolate and dark chocolate!)


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, coconut sugar, peanut butter, milk, salt, and cinnamon until a dough forms.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  3. Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the cookie dough balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, they’re ready to enjoy! Keep any leftovers stored in the fridge
