Yields: 1 Serving


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats 
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
  • ½ cup your favorite berries 
  • ⅔ cup egg white


  1. Blend together 1 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, ⅓ cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup cauliflower rice.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  3. Add ⅔ cup egg whites while stirring continuously, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the egg whites are fully incorporated and cooked through.
  4. Then add in your choice berries and stir
  5. Then add in the protein powder for thickness and stir until all is combined
  6. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
  7. Serve in bowls and top with the remaining blueberries.
