High Protein Loaded Nachos

Indulge in these yummy, healthy, and easy loaded nachos for a satisfying snack or meal! These loaded nachos are perfect for game day, movie night, or any occasion when you’re craving a flavorful and satisfying snack. Feel free to customize them with your favorite toppings and enjoy the goodness!


  • Your choice gluten free tortilla chips (I use Siete ALWAYS) 
  • Your choice of protein (e.g., ground turkey, shredded chicken, black beans)
  • Dairy-free cheese (or real cheese if dairy doesn’t bother you)
  • Peppers & onions, diced
  • Your favorite salsa 


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with olive oil.
  2. Cook your protein of choice (e.g., ground turkey) in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Add diced peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until softened.
  3. Arrange the chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of dairy-free cheese (or real cheese) over the chips.
  5. Spoon the cooked protein, peppers, and onions evenly over the cheese layer.
  6. Add another layer of cheese on top of the protein and veggies.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Once baked, remove from the oven and top with salsa and any other desired toppings.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy these delicious loaded nachos!
