Do you ever go into a candy store and crave fudge? Yea, me too. Now it is time Indulge in high protein fudge with just a few simple ingredients:
Yield: 15 squares
Serving size: 2 squares
Ingredients:
- 5 scoops of protein powder (I use Orgain SIMPLE)
- 1 cup of peanut butter (I use Teddies All Natural Smooth)
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I use Lilys)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- OPTIONAL: sweetener of your choice, if desired
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and peanut butter until well mixed.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in short intervals until melted, stirring in between.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the peanut butter and protein powder mixture.
- Gently fold the chocolate into the mixture until it forms a marble pattern.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the dish.
- Place the dish in the freezer and let it set for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- Once set, cut the fudge into bars.
