Marble Protein Fudge

Do you ever go into a candy store and crave fudge? Yea, me too. Now it is time Indulge in high protein fudge with just a few simple ingredients:

Yield: 15 squares 

Serving size: 2 squares


  • 5 scoops of protein powder (I use Orgain SIMPLE)
  • 1 cup of peanut butter (I use Teddies All Natural Smooth)
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I use Lilys)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • OPTIONAL: sweetener of your choice, if desired


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and peanut butter until well mixed.
  2. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in short intervals until melted, stirring in between.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the peanut butter and protein powder mixture.
  4. Gently fold the chocolate into the mixture until it forms a marble pattern.
  5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the dish.
  6. Place the dish in the freezer and let it set for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  7. Once set, cut the fudge into bars.
