Ingredients:

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Matcha powder (best from @piquelife – use code)
  • Your choice of milk (I use Malk Almond Milk)
  • Your choice of sweetener (I use monk fruit)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Slice them thinly for easier blending.
  2. Brew the Matcha: In a small bowl or cup, whisk together the matcha powder with a small amount of hot water to create a smooth texture. Alternatively, you can use a matcha whisk to froth the matcha powder with hot water until well combined.
  3. Blend the Strawberries: In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries with your choice of milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Sweeten to Taste: Add your preferred sweetener to the strawberry mixture, adjusting the amount according to your taste preferences. I use monk fruit sweetener for a natural and low sugar option.
  5. Combine the Ingredients: Pour the blended strawberry mixture into a serving glass. Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the strawberry mixture
  6. Stir and Enjoy: Use a spoon or straw to gently stir the layers together, creating a marbled effect. Sip and enjoy the refreshing flavors of strawberry and matcha in every sip!
