Healthy Cereal Bars

Remember those irresistible cereal bars with a delicious coating on top? Say goodbye to processed foods and hello to this nutritious alternative!

As a health-conscious individual, I understand the importance of satisfying sweet cravings without compromising on nutrition. That’s why I love creating recipes like these cereal bars using wholesome ingredients.

Serving Size: 1 square 


  •  1 cup peanut butter (I use Teddies All Natural Smooth)
  •  2 cups Three Wishes cereal (I used the cinnamon flavor)
  •  1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  •  2 tbsp chia seeds

Optional Chocolate Drizzle:

  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup chocolate chips (I use Lilys)
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, Three Wishes cereal, oats, coconut oil, and chia seeds until well mixed.
  2. If using the optional chocolate drizzle, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave or on the stove until smooth.
  3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the cereal mixture into the pan.
  4. Use a spatula or your hands to press the mixture down firmly into the pan.
  5. If desired, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the cereal bars.
  6. Place the baking pan in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours to allow the bars to set.
  7. Once set, remove the bars from the freezer and cut them into individual servings.
  8. Enjoy these nutritious and satisfying cereal bars straight from the freezer whenever you need a sweet and wholesome snack!
