No Bake Protein Bites

Lets make no bake protein balls with my favorite smart swap chocolate candies!

Ingredients: (Makes about 10 balls)

  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • POINTS! Chocolate candies – BUY HERE
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the nut butter and maple syrup.
  2. Add in the almond flour, vanilla protein powder, and sea salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chocolate candies and vanilla extract.
  4. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
