Lets make no bake protein balls with my favorite smart swap chocolate candies!
Ingredients: (Makes about 10 balls)
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- POINTS! Chocolate candies – BUY HERE
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the nut butter and maple syrup.
- Add in the almond flour, vanilla protein powder, and sea salt. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate candies and vanilla extract.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
