Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup peanut butter (I use Teddies All Natural Smooth)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Optional: chocolate chips for extra chocolatey goodness (I use Lilys)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add the cocoa powder, peanut butter, and baking powder to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined and a thick batter forms.
If desired, mix in chocolate chips for added richness.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
Once baked, allow the brownies to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy warm for the ultimate indulgence!
Optional Peanut Butter Frosting:
Combine Pb2 (powdered peanut butter), peanut butter, almond milk, and monk fruit sweetener to taste. Mix until smooth and drizzle over cooled brownies for an extra layer of flavor
